What’s the terms of warranty ?

One years free warranty of our products. - this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Guanrantee does not cover batteries and charging accessories( or damage caused by either).

How to protect flashlight ?

1) Do not make the torch be with sunlight, water, chemicals and corrosive gases for a long time to avoid damage to the torch.

2) To keep the “O” ring and thread swirl smooth, you can grease its surface 2-3 times a year.

How to deal with this, if I could not turn on the light normally or it flickers ?

1) Check your battery: if the light can not be turned on or it flickers,pls check and see if the battery is used up and replace with a new one.

2) Clean the contact end and electricity conduction surface: if the light still can not be turned on after replacing a new battery ,please check if there is dust on the positive or negative end,or on the electricity conduction surface, if so pls use a clean cloth to clean the surface.

3) If neither of the above solutions works, please contact our factory or your dealer and follow the warranty procedure to repair/replace your light.

Why does the flashlight get hot after a long time of use ?

Flashlights generate heat due to high power in high lumens. We use aluminum PCB boards to dissipate heat to the outside world so that the inside of the flashlight does not overheat and the overall temperature is not too high.

What is the difference between lumens and candlepower ?

Lumens of LEDs is a measurement of all the light inside the beam angle; peak beam candlepower is a measure of the brightest spot in a focused beam.

Do you have USB battery ?

Yes, we have USB battery, for example: 13450, 14500,18650, 26650, etc. Also, we can developed the USB battery base of your customized products.

Normally how is the lifetime of the rechargeable battery ?

For the rechargeable battery, generally it could charge 300 cycle times.

Why are there different tail-caps? Screw tail-cap and a click tail-cap ?

Light Squared produces different tail-caps for different application. The screw tail-cap was developed for use police and military. The ON/OFF rate can be controlled by the users thumb,thus being very effective for temporarily blinding a person.

The click tail-cap is for more common day to day applications where the convenient ON/OFF of the flashlight can be controlled by a simple click.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

What type of material is used for your flashlights ?

Most of our flashlight are made by aluminum alloy for main body.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?

We usually ship by sea or air. It usually takes 2~4 weeks to arrive.
