COOPERATION PROCESS

Meeting communication

Discuss project details with client.

Set up the project development schedule.

Design Drawing & quotation

As per customers’ requirement, our engineer will make the outer design and inner structure design. And then send renderings to customers for confirmation.

Build up prototype

Once customers approved the design, we start to make prototype sample and do the proofing test before sending it to customer approval.

Proofing test

Do the complete proofing test based on ANSINEMA FL1-2009 STANDARDS or the requirement/specification from custonmers.

Build up the moulds.

After the prototype sample is approved, we’ll sign the Product Development agreement with customers and then start to build up the moulds.

Manufacturing: Trial production- Mass production

After customers approved the moulded samples, then we'll signed production contract and make trial production and mass production accordingly.

Shipment

Deliver the products to our customzer via sea or air or truck or courier, etc.

After service

We'll keep in touch with our customers closely and provide warranty service.
